Terms of Use - CTrackAI

These terms apply when you use the CTrackAI app. They set out the store license that governs the app, how the free and ad-supported features work, and how the optional Premium subscription is billed, renewed and cancelled.

1. License

If you downloaded CTrackAI from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

If you downloaded CTrackAI from Google Play, your download and purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Free features and ads

Manual logging, daily goals, charts and streaks cost nothing. AI features such as photo, barcode, fridge and menu scans, AI text logging and AI chat unlock with a short ad (up to 5 AI scans a day).

3. Premium subscription

Premium is optional: it removes ads and adds unlimited scans, micronutrient detail and trend history with CSV export.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

On Android, Premium is billed through Google Play and managed or cancelled in your Google Play subscriptions.

4. AI estimates

AI names each food and estimates the portion. Photo results are estimates, so check the numbers, tap any item to adjust it before you save, and check the label when precision matters.

5. Health note

CTrackAI is a general wellness tool. Photo results are estimates, so check the label when precision matters. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, under 18 or living with a medical condition.
